Privacy and launch updates
This notice covers the public Kinesiio landing page and sample demo at kinesiio.com. Kinesiio is a MyWellXP project in development. A separate notice will explain data handling before a real training account or training beta is offered. The launch-update list described below is not a training account.
The sample demo
The interactive examples use fixed sample data. This page does not create an account, send an AI request, collect health inputs or save workout records. Demo choices stay in the current page and reset on reload. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts to this landing page.
The Kinesiio launch list
If you submit the launch-list form, we store your email address, your optional first name, the time of your request, and the consent wording/version you accepted, and a general campaign label when you arrive through one of our labeled links (such as MyWellXP or a Pinterest topic). The label is selected from a fixed list; we do not store arbitrary URL parameters or browsing history. The form requires an unchecked email-consent box. The list is stored in a separate Cloudflare D1 database accessible through the owner’s Cloudflare account; there is no public subscriber-list API. New requests receive an email through Brevo asking you to confirm within 48 hours. We record confirmation time only after you choose Confirm my signup. Opening an email link alone does not confirm your address. Unconfirmed requests are not eligible for launch updates.
We use these details for Kinesiio launch and early-access updates, not unrelated marketing. We do not sell this list. Brevo processes your email address, confirmation message and delivery information to deliver confirmation emails. We do not send your optional first name to Brevo for these confirmations or add it to a Brevo marketing contact list. We send a declined tracking-consent flag to Brevo and disable tracking for unknown consent in the account settings. Brevo may still insert a delivery image and redirect links to process anonymous engagement statistics. We do not use those email opens or clicks as proof of signup or send them to website analytics. See Brevo’s privacy policy. Confirmation emails contain a cancellation/unsubscribe link. We store confirmation delivery status and unsubscribe time separately from visitor analytics. Joining does not guarantee early access.
Use the cancellation/unsubscribe link in your email and select Unsubscribe to stop Kinesiio updates without logging in. Unsubscribing cancels pending confirmations and suppresses future launch updates; submitting the form again does not undo it. We keep the email and suppression record within the original 12-month retention period to prevent accidental re-enrollment. We delete launch-list records after 12 months, or sooner on your deletion request. Use MyWellXP’s contact page, mention Kinesiio, and request removal using the email address you submitted. Do not include medical details. You do not need to join the list to explore the demo.
To reduce abuse, the form checks a hidden spam field, validates and limits input, and applies short-window request throttling. Network information is processed for throttling but is not saved in the launch-list table. The name and email are not included in marketing analytics or application logs.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this page. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and timestamps. Cloudflare may process operational and security information under its service settings and policies. This is different from workout data or a personal training profile. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Contact and external links
The contact link takes you to MyWellXP. If you submit an inquiry there, MyWellXP receives the information you choose to provide and uses it to respond. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health information. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or register you for a beta. MyWellXP and other linked sites have their own privacy practices and may use cookies or analytics.
Questions and requests
Use MyWellXP’s contact page and mention Kinesiio to ask a privacy question or request deletion of an inquiry. Do not include sensitive information in the message.
Changes
We will update this notice if this landing page’s data handling changes. Any future training account, analytics or training service needs its own reviewed data handling and appropriate controls before launch.
