FOR THE WEEK YOU ACTUALLY HAVE
Kinesiio is being built to help you keep a strength-training plan through shorter days, different equipment and missed sessions—using what you actually logged to inform what comes next.
In development. Sample data, not a personal workout recommendation.

THE PROBLEM ISN’T MAKING A PLAN
Less time than you planned. Your usual equipment is taken. A missed day that makes the rest of the week feel uncertain.
Kinesiio’s first test is simple: adjust what needs adjusting, keep the useful context, and make the next session easier to understand.
TRY THE IDEA
Choose a sample situation. Review what changes—and what stays.
Fixed examples. No live AI, health inputs or tracking.
ORIGINAL EXAMPLE
~35 minutes · session 2 of 3
Timing is illustrative, including rest and transitions. This is not a complete exercise prescription.
PROPOSED ADJUSTMENT
Review first~20 minutes · today only
Your real plan isn’t affected. This example stays in this page only.
FOLLOW THE CONTEXT

Proposed UI · Fixed sample data · Not a workout to follow.
YOUR STARTING POINT
See the equipment, time and previous results before you start. The app’s first job is to make the next action clear.
This sample resets when you leave. No account, real workout log or AI request is created.
THE PRODUCT WE’RE TESTING
Fast logging and understandable adjustments come first. A record you can inspect is more useful than an unexplained answer.
Goals, equipment, available days and typical session length.
Your workout, previous results and a way to adapt when circumstances change.
Sets, repetitions, load and feedback—even when a session doesn’t go to plan.
The intended beta uses that record to inform the next session, with changes explained.
TRAINING, WITH CONTEXT
Kinesiio by MyWellXP is a strength-training app in development for adults whose available time, equipment and schedules change. The planned first version focuses on workout logging and reviewable adjustments.
The planned training tools include recording sets, repetitions and load; reviewing training volume; and supporting goal-appropriate progressive overload. A progression proposal should use comparable logged sessions and explain its reasoning. Keeping a target steady or reducing demand can be appropriate too.
Simple straight sets and double progression are candidates for the first reviewed templates. Other methods will be considered according to the goal, available evidence and user experience. These are planned features, not capabilities of this demo.
Programming rules require qualified review before outside testing. This page offers no personalized training or medical advice. General background: ACSM’s 2026 resistance-training guidance.
BE THERE FOR THE FIRST STEP
Get an email when Kinesiio is ready for launch or early access. We’re starting with strength-training tools for changing weeks, including workout logging and reviewable adjustments.
The training app is still in development. Joining this list does not create an app account or guarantee a place in early access.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
It’s in development. This public demo shows the intended experience with fixed sample data. The launch list is open for email updates. No training application, app account or live AI is connected here.
The focus is continuity: using logged sessions and current constraints to keep the next workout useful, with changes you can review. We still need to demonstrate that this earns a place in real routines.
The first version is planned for a phone-friendly browser experience on iPhone, Android and desktop. Home-screen installation may follow. App-store versions are not promised.
The intended beta will store structured equipment, preferences and workout records you can inspect and correct. Exact data handling will be explained before account creation. This demo does not save workout records or create a user profile. Launch-list details are stored separately if you choose to submit the form. See our privacy notice for details.
Kinesiio is not an injury assessment or rehabilitation service. Don’t push through a painful movement on an app’s instruction. Seek appropriate professional guidance about symptoms or restrictions.
That is part of the planned training scope, along with sets, repetitions and load. Progression will need to use comparable workout records and goal-appropriate rules. It does not mean increasing weight after every session. The current demo does not calculate personalized progression.
The first test focuses on logging and workout adjustments. Nutrition and wearables are later possibilities. Pricing isn’t finalized; any paid pilot would show renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.
